Harte-Hanks Communications, a San Antonio, Texas, direct marketing company, acquired a minority stake in SiteSpecific, a New York Internet agency. SiteSpecific clients include Duracell, Conde Nast, Club Med and The New York Times. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
