Harte-Hanks teams with Xchange

Harte-Hanks, San Antonio, formed an alliance with Boston-based Xchange, a provider of campaign management software, to offer Web-hosted customer relationship management services to its clients. The direct marketing agency purchased Xchange's software and will package and resell it as a Web-based component of its own CRM suite to give customers more control over their direct marketing campaigns.
