Hawkeye Communications adds to its stable

Hawkeye Communications, New York, a holding company for marketing services agencies, expanded its network to 10 companies with its eighth domestic and second European acquisitions. Hawkeye purchased DPS Creative, Minneapolis, a 35-person shop with $50 million in billings that specializes in in-store promotions, and integrated marketing agency BDS Beechwood, London, with billings of $55 million and 65 employees.
