Hearst builds corporate presence on Web

The Hearst Corp. has opened a corporate site on the Web which highlights information about the company. The site links to all other Hearst publications' sites, and also includes a description of each Hearst operating company, e-mail capabilities to Hearst units, press releases, a history of the company, a biography of founder William Randolph Hearst and information on subscribing to Hearst publications. The site was designed by Tumble Interactive Media, New York. Hearst Corp. publishes 18 newspapers, 15 magazines and operates six radio and six TV stations.
