Heinz chief buys more stock

Anthony J.F. O'Reilly, chairman-president-CEO of H.J. Heinz Co., Pittsburgh,reported he has increased his ownership of Heinz shares by more than 20%, from3,283,107 shares to 4,002,223 shares. He is the company's largest singlestockholder, with approximately 1.6% of the company's outstanding shares,currently valued at about $180 million.
