Henkel, Duesseldorf, assigned DDB
Needham Worldwide to handle a new international corporate campaign estimated at $15 million. Also pitching were Rempen & Partner and TBWA
Worldwide. The final shoot-out was between DDB Needham and TBWA. The Duesseldorf and New York offices of DDB Needham jointly created the strategy for the international campaign, due to run mostly outside Germany. The corporate account win is an important one strategically for DDB Needham, giving it a foothold in all of Henkel's main areas of business: detergents, cosmetics, glue and corporate.
