HHS chief appears in milk ad

The "milk mustache" campaign of the National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board featured its first cabinet secretary, U.S. Health & Human Services Secretary Donna Shalala, in a page ad in today's New York Times. Ms. Shalala appeared without compensation to further efforts of the National Institutes of Health to promote the importance of calcium to children. Bozell, New York, handles the campaign.
