Brian Carty, 50, was named CEO of Wheelhouse, which designs Internet marketing programs that are integrated with corporate information technology requirements. Wheelhouse services dot-coms and Fortune 1,000 companies. Mr. Carty previously was managing director at Boston ad agency Hill, Holliday. He's the first CEO of Burlington, Mass.-based Wheelhouse, which was founded last October. Wheelhouse founder Frank Ingari will continue as chairman.
