Suntory International Corp., New York, said it will acquire Anjou International Co.'s Chicago-based Hinckley & Schmitt Bottled Water Group, making it the second largest bottled water producer in the U.S. Suntory International, a U.S. subsidiary of Suntory Ltd. of Japan, oversees bottled water companies, a soft-drink bottling operation, a winery, restaurants and an export division. H&S, founded in 1888, has annual sales of more than $175 million.
