Two Miami-based Spanish-language media outlets, El Nuevo Herald and WLTV, a Univision-owned station, have created a partnership to share news, promotional and marketing efforts. The organizations plan to place ads in each other's products and recruit joint advertising opportunities, with the goal of bringing more national advertisers to the Hispanic media. The venture will begin June 24 with anchors on the TV station promoting stories in the Herald, a sister paper to Knight Ridder-owned Miami Herald.
