Gillette Co., Boston, promotes its Mach3 razor as a holiday gift in a new commercial breaking Dec. 7 from BBDO
Worldwide, New York. The :15, titled "Jingle Boom," is part of a holiday push that includes Mach3 gift sets packaging the razor with Gillette shaving gel and after-shave for a $9.99 suggested retail price. Gillette is expected to spend a total of $200 million worldwide this year to promote the razor, which was introduced in July.
