At Home launches in California

At Home, a cable modem Internet venture formed by Tele-Communications, Cox Communications and Comcast Corp., launched its high-speed Internet access service in Newark, Calif. The service costs $35 a month for unlimited access plus an additional $150 installation fee. The company plans to roll out similar trials around the country within the next year.
