Hooked-on-Phonics to advertise on AOL

San Francisco-based Gateway Learning Corp., which created and markets the Hooked-on-Phonics Learn-to-Read program, has signed a multiyear, multimillion-dollar agreement with America Online. Under the deal, Gateway will advertise its educational information and tools in several AOL channels. The marketing will be targeted at AOL members who are parents with children ages 2 to 12.
