Horizon Media forms new unit

Horizon Media, Los Angeles, created HMI Entertainment to target the film, TV, home video and leisure industries. It will provide clients with media planning and buying and marketing counsel and be led by Neal Lemlein, formerly senior VP-marketing and production at Popcorn Channel. At HMI Entertainment, he will hold the titles of managing director and consultant. Horizon Media's 1997 billings were $250 million.
