HOT SPOT: BMW;WHAT GOES THROUGH A DRIVER'S MIND

BMW of North America launched its 1997 Z3 Oct. 4 in movie theaters with a 60-second spot that shows a visual montage. The spot was produced by Troon, a Santa Monica, Calif., creative boutique hired by Dick Clark Corporate Productions, Burbank. The spot will run in 7,900 Cineplex Odeon and Screenvision theaters all month, reaching an estimated 30 million viewers.
