Canon Computer Systems today launches a TV campaign for its PowerShot digital camera. The 30-second spot from Hajjar & Partners, Marina del Rey, Calif., tracks a naturalist who captures an elusive green lizard-with his camera. Cano n through year-end will spend about $2 million on cable and $250,000 on Web ads to promote the under-$1,000 device.
