A new national spot TV commercial for General Mills' Count Chocula cereal from Saatchi & Saatchi's Kid Connection, New York, broke last week during children's programming. The Halloween tie-in spot introduces limited-time new cereal shapes-Frankenstein, the Mummy, the Swirl Ghost and the Werewolf. General Mills spent $3 million on advertising for Count Chocula last year, according to Competitive Media Reporting.
