The Girl Scouts of America are not only appearing in a national outdoor and bus shelter campaign for "Got milk?" but are serving as "the cutest sales force I've ever had," said Jeff Manning, executive director of the California Milk Processor Board. The ads are now appearing in California but will roll national by February. The deal is the first cooperative effort ever for the Girl Scouts and involves them wearing "Got milk?" buttons on their uniforms while making their cookie sales. Goodby
