Pirelli Armstrong Tire Corp. launched an international print campaign last week from Young & Rubicam, New York. The ads will run in business publications such as The Wall Street Journal in the U.S., the U.K.'s Financial Times and Germany's Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Pirelli is in the final year of its three-year plan to be a stronger global player.
