Touting the first innovation in toilet paper in more than 100 years, Linters broke an estimated $3 million to $4 million advertising campaign in West Coast markets for its Purely Cotton brand. The three spots, from Kaleidoscope Advertising & Design, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., and EvansGroup, Seattle, are tagged, "Purely Cotton. Never before . . . naturally better."
