Sears, Roebuck & Co. urges women to grab the ball in seeking opportunity as it debuts its sponsorship of the WNBA. The 30-second spot from Ogilvy & Mather, Chicago, features seven players from the new women's league and will run during 33 nationally televised WNBA games on NBC, ESPN and Lifetime.
