Levi Strauss & Co.'s new Slates line breaks into the lucrative $1 billion men's dress slacks category with a humorous $20 million print and televison ad blitz kicking off on Labor Day. The campaign, tagged "These pants are those pants," is from the San Francisco office of Foote, Cone & Belding.
