A pint-size door-to-door salesman is the star of a new national campaign by Target Stores that broke on network TV Sunday. The 30-second spots-featuring a pesky pitchkid hawking everything from birdseed to fruitcake-support Target's Take Charge of Education fund-raiser. The campaign, including print ads and collateral material, promotes Target's credit cards, which donate 1% of purchases to the school of the customer's choice. Martin/Williams, Minneapolis, handles the campaign.
