McDonald's Corp. will offer miniature Hot Wheels versions of actual Nascar vehicles currently in competition in a new Happy Meal promotion that launches Aug. 14. So as not to ignore little girls, the burger giant at the same time will have available another hot Mattel brand for them -- four Barbie figurines.
