Leading Hotels of the World, a New York-based marketing and sales organization for 315 luxury hotels worldwide, launched Leading Small Hotels of the World, a brand extension in the luxury boutique market. A TV campaign on CNN International and a print effort in international newspapers such as The Financial Times are expected to launch Jan. 1. The agency couldn't be determined at deadline.
