Black Rogers Sullivan Goodnight, Houston, said it will resign the $6 million Shell Chemical Co. account, effective May 31. It said it will continue to handle the Corterra Polymers and Shell Chemical Risk Management Co. business as separate accounts. Black Rogers Chairman-CEO Scott Black cited ``cost efficiencies'' for the move, noting that his agency decided to ``reject the contract we were offered last month rather than renegotiate it.'' Black Rogers had handled the account since 1990.
