Hundt gets support

Federal Communications Commissioner Susan Ness has sided with FCC Chairman Reed Hundt in saying that the commission does indeed have jurisdiction over hard-liquor ads on broadcast. Earlier, FCC Commisioner James Quello said he does not think FCC has such authority.
