Hyde, Soblin leave JWT

Published on .

Jonathan J. Hyde has exited as exec VP-executive creative director of J. Walter Thompson USA, San Francisco. JWT Vice Chairman-Chief Creative Officer Helayne Spivak is conducting a search for his replacement. Also leaving is David Soblin, senior partner and Chevron account director. The departures follow a May 2 management realignment that saw David Riemer promoted to president of JWT West and John Geoghegan to general manager of the San Francisco office, succeeding Steve Darland, a long-time associate of Mr. Hyde.
