HyperTV, Box Music Network to create programming

New York-based HyperTV Networks, a subsidiary of interactive digital TV provider ACTV, and TCI Music's the Box Music Network, Miami Beach, Fla., an interactive 24-hour, all-music network, have inked a deal to create music programming for TV-Internet convergence. The companies will develop programming that will integrate HyperTV's TV-Internet convergence software with the Box Music Network's interactive music TV programming.
