Yahoo Internet Life to go monthly in Sept.

Ziff-Davis Publishing Co.'s Yahoo Internet Life tapped Barry Golson as editor in chief, succeeding Bill Machrone, who will work on Internet projects for Ziff. The magazine will increase frequency from quarterly to monthly in September and raise its rate base 100% to 200,000. Mr. Golson had been editor in chief of magazine development and new media, News America Publishing.
