Worldwide, which lost the $100 million Delta Airlines global account to Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in March, returned to the airline category today by winning Spanish international airline Iberia's consolidated domestic and international accounts. The work will be handled by BBDO's Tiempo BBDO, based in Madrid and Barcelona, and the assignment is said to involve $60 million in spending over the next two years. Tiempo BBDO will be closely involved in Iberia's planned corporate re-imaging program. The incumbent Iberia agenices were Casadevall Pedreno & PRG, Barcelona, for domestic, and Grey Madrid for international.
