IBM buys Aragon

IBM Corp., Armonk, N.Y., acquired Aragon Consulting Group, a St. Louis-based marketing research and strategy company that specializes in market segmentation, brand positioning and architecture. The acquisition by IBM's Global Services unit is the latest in a series of alliances and acquisitions. Aragon's clients include Bank of America Corp., Meredith Corp. and Toyota Motor Corp.
