IBM serves rich media Internet ad at French open

PARIS--IBM Corp. is highlighting its sponsorship ofthe French Open with a banner campaign employing rich mediatechnology, which allows surfers more interaction with bannerads. One banner ad allows users to play virtual tennis, returning serves on a virtual clay court. A second banner letssurfers enter their e-mail addresses and receive daily newsfrom the tennis tournament.

WPP Group's Ogilvy Interactive Paris created the IBM campaignfor the French Open.
