ICQ enters deal with Internet telephony provider

America Online subsidiary ICQ, an online communications community, has entered a four-year agreement with Net2Phone, an Internet telephony provider. Under the terms of the deal, Net2Phone's Internet telephony services will be provided through ICQ to give anyone with an ICQ membership, a PC and Internet access the ability to place and receive voice phone calls through the Internet.
