Idaho agency spins off interactive arm

Ad agency Oliver, Russell & Associates, Boise, Idaho, is spinning off its interactive component into a separate business named o-positive. The new interactive shop will focus on building and marketing digital businesses. Russ Stoddard, president of Oliver, Russell & Associates, will serve as president of o-positive. The two agencies will do business as sister agencies.
