International Data Group on Oct. 20 added 35 more of its sites to its Global Web Advertising Network, giving advertisers a one-stop shop to buy 135 sites worldwide. IDG now can offer a single Web buy letting advertisers reach customers in up to 26 countries. Before yearend, the tech media company will expand the network to offer advertising on all 170 IDG sites worldwide. IDG launched the ad network in June 1997; advertisers to date include Gateway 2000, IBM Corp., Intel Corp., Microsoft Corp., Netscape Communications Corp. and Novell.
