International Data Group, Boston, and Reed Elsevier created an alliance bringing Reed's Computer Weekly
, the largest tech weekly in the U.K., into IDG's global ad network. The deal will allow multinational tech marketers to include the title in their IDG global contracts. IDG President Kelly Conlin said the latest addition means IDG's network will account for 32% of ad pages in European information-technology professional publications vs. 29.5% before the Reed venture.
