IHOP Corp. breaks its first image spot today since awarding its $30 million advertising account to Heil-Brice Advertising, Newport Beach, Calif. The spot, filled with such slice-of-life imagery as a grandson teaching his grandfather to ride a scooter then their bonding at the restaurant, is wrapped in the "Anytime is a good time for IHOP" tagline. The branding commercial, a Hispanic spot and several promotional daypart commercials will run on morning news, prime and cable programming in 90 markets. Media buying is handled by Horizon Media
