International House of Pancakes reveals the chain's secrets this week in a series of humorous TV spots imitating sensational TV newsmagazine shows. Tagged "Any time is a good time for IHOP," the estimated $20 million campaign is the first from new agency Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, San Francisco.
