IHOP narrows list of finalists in review

The International House of Pancakes has narrowed the list for its estimated $30 million creative ad account to Ground Zero, Santa Monica, Calif.; Saatchi & Saatchi, San Francisco; WongDoody, Seattle; and two undisclosed agencies. Select Resources International, West Hollywood, Calif., is handling the review.
