Smith, senior VP, Real Media Networks; and Molly Glover, director of Internet marketing and new media, Granite Broadcasting.

ILAC's board now has 11 members, who oversee newspaper, Yellow Pages, independent local sites, broadcasting, ad agency and supplier communities.

Lyle Wolf, VP-product management at Reuben H. Donnelley Corp., was elected secretary of the board; Mr. Bates and Ms. Glover were named co-chairs of ILAC's newly formed membership committee.
