With summer near and Americans heading to their cars, the Federal Highway Administration promotes work zone safety. Starring in the ads, created by S&C Advertising, San Antonio, is computer-animated character Jack Hammer. The new creative replaces the 2-decade-old "Give 'em a brake" effort used by the federal agency. Copywriter/art director: Terry Roskin.
