Industry veteran Scott Kauffman to ClickOver

Scott Kauffman, previously VP-online services at CompuServe, has been named president-CEO of advertising software company ClickOver. Kauffman, an Ad Age "Digital Media Master" in 1996, held a variety of positions at Time Warner Inc. and Newsweek before joining Compuserve. At ClickOver, he succeeds founder and President-CEO Thomas Churchill, who will continue to contribute to product development.
