Infobeat delivers online vehicle

E-mail publisher Infobeat, formerly Mercury Mail, launched a limited advertising campaign Sept. 24 to boost awareness of the company's new corporate identity. The direct mail campaign to 100 major marketers, media buyers and ad agencies, includes a remote control car to drive home Infobeat's message: ``A more effective online advertising vehicle.'' The e-mail service now delivers 3 million custom messages a day to 1.6 million subscribers.
