Ingalls leaving Saatchi to start own shop

Rob Ingalls resigned as executive creative director of Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising's San Francisco office, where he oversaw Hewlett-Packard Co. creative for seven years. Mr. Ingalls, 45, will start his own shop. Separately Hewlett chose Winkler McManus as agency on its new estimated $6 million to $8 million printer supplies account.
