Insurance site InsWeb, Redwood City, Calif., broke a new TV campaign, part of a two-year, $75 million marketing program the site unveiled in September. Bozell, Silicon Valley, San Mateo, created the commercials, which try to convey how easy it is to shop online for insurance. The spots are airing on cable and network programs. InsWeb also is planning radio and magazine ads, as well as online promotions through partner sites that offer its insurance services.
