Integer, Kragie/Newell in merger

Integer Group, Denver, and Kragie/Newell, Des Moines, said they will merge at the end of the year and create an agency claiming more than $300 million in combined billings. The two shops will keep their names and separate headquarters. Integer Group Chairman-CEO Ron Askew will oversee both agencies. Kragie/Newell President-CEO Liz Newell will have day-to-day responsibility for its Des Moines office; Integer Group President Mark Lamperski will run Integer's Denver office. The combined company will also have a full-service office in Dallas and 10 field offices. Terms of the merger were not disclosed.
