Iguana Studios, a New York-based interactive agency, was acquired March 5 by Change Technology Partners, Greenwich, Conn, for $8.8 million in cash and stock. Iguana will be merged into CTPI's already-existing e-services group. Iguana has produced interactive work for companies including The Zagat Survey, The Corcoran Group and Wordly Investor.
