Interactive Network sues TCI

Published on .

Interactive Network, a developer of interactive play-along games that has declared bankruptcy, filed a complaint Tuesday in the Alameda County, Calif., Superior Court charging that Tele-Communications Inc., which at one time had a 37% stake in the company, engaged in a secret and concerted series of actions over many months in order to seize assets, software, patents and proprietary technology from Interactive Network and to "impoverish" the other IN shareholders. TCI declined to comment.
