Interactive promotion hits the stands

Published on .

Fans at New York's Madison Square Garden are the target of new interactive marketing from CSI. The technology company that specializes in sports arena entertainment outfitted parts of the arena with ChoiceSeats--seats that have screens showing content, such as team and player profiles, and ads via a connection to the Internet. Users can access content and ads and purchase products online using a touch screen. Intel Corp. is a minority investor in CSI, which is owned by Williams Communications Group.
